At Cajun Collectibles, we take pride in fast, secure, and professional shipping. Whether you purchase singles, sealed product, or participate in a live break, we treat your cards like they’re our own.

📦 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Live break items ship within 3–5 business days after the break fills and completes.

  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

🚚 Shipping Methods

We ship via trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Shipping speed options (when available) will be displayed at checkout.

💲 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

We may offer:

  • Combined shipping for multiple items

  • Free shipping promotions on select products or order totals

📦 Packaging Standards

We carefully package all items to ensure safe delivery:

  • Sleeves & top loaders for singles

  • Team bags and bubble wrap for added protection

  • Sealed product shipped in protective outer packaging

  • Larger orders securely boxed

We prioritize condition and protection on every shipment.

🌎 Domestic & International Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • International shipping may be available upon request.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

📬 Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Cajun Collectibles is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information provided by the buyer.

📦 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. However:

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item.

  • If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first and then notify us.

We will work with you to help resolve the issue whenever possible.

At Cajun Collectibles, transparency and integrity are at the core of everything we do. Because we specialize in live card breaks, sealed product, and marketplace sales, our return policy reflects the nature of the hobby and industry standards.

Please read carefully before making a purchase.

🚫 No Returns on Live Breaks

All Live Break purchases are final.

When you purchase a spot in a live break, you are purchasing a chance at cards opened live on stream. Because the product is opened in real time and results are random:

  • We do not accept returns

  • We do not offer refunds

  • We do not offer exchanges

  • We are not responsible for the outcome of the break

By participating in a live break, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

🚫 No Returns on Verified eBay Purchases

All verified purchases made through our eBay store are considered final sale.

Due to:

  • eBay marketplace policies

  • Buyer verification processes

  • Product condition transparency through photos and descriptions

We do not accept returns or exchanges on verified eBay transactions unless required by eBay’s official policies.

If an issue arises, all communication must take place directly through eBay’s resolution system.

📦 Sealed Product & In-Stock Items (Website Sales)

For products purchased directly through www.cajuncollects.com:

  • Returns may be accepted only if the item is unopened, unused, and in original condition.

  • Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery confirmation.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A restocking fee may apply.

Opened sealed product is not eligible for return under any circumstance.

📸 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • The wrong item

  • An item damaged during shipping

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will review and determine an appropriate resolution.

⚖️ Condition of Cards

Please note:

  • Card manufacturers are responsible for print quality and factory defects.

  • We do not guarantee grading outcomes (PSA, BGS, SGC, etc.).

  • Minor surface imperfections, centering variance, or print lines do not qualify for returns.
